The process

Sitting in a bar or restaurant is one of my favourite pastimes. It was during Tuesday afternoons while completing my M.A. I would find myself slipping into some of the many bars in Liverpool City Centre. Observing and sketching I found myself inevitably overhearing the conversations and debates going on around me. Being invited in and bought a drink or two for a sketch or a "what’s this all about then" its amazing what you can get away with when bearing a 2B pencil and a mole skin.
